Vykintas Glodenis serves as the Chief AI Transformation Officer at Mindvalley since May 2015, where responsibilities include leading AI adoption and developing the AI curriculum. Vykintas has held various leadership positions within Mindvalley, including Head of No-Code Development, Head of Product Localization, Head of Production & Learning Experience Design, and Head of Customer Success, successfully coordinating multi-department efforts and transforming customer support processes. Prior to Mindvalley, Vykintas co-founded OptiMe, worked as a Freelance Opinion Columnist for DELFI Lietuva, and served in the Armed Forces of Lithuania. Educationally, Vykintas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Politics from ISM University of Management and Economics.
