Gary leads the overall Customer Success Group, which also includes their various services offerings. He joined Mindtickle after a long career in consulting and customer success after having worked for Capgemini in Europe, followed by 13 years at Salesforce running the Customer Success Group in APAC and Global Operations for the entire Salesforce Customer Success Group. More recently Gary led customer success at TripActions and has worked as an advisor for several high-growth technology startups. Originally from the UK, Gary lived previously in Singapore for 10 years and is now based in the San Francisco Bay area.
