Anna-Lena Ehlert is a qualified psychologist and sport psychologist with extensive experience working in various capacities since 2014. Currently serving as a psychologist at Bloom and as an author and lecturer on diagnostics in sport psychology at SRH Fernhochschule, Anna-Lena also provides psychological support to athletes, coaches, and parents at boost Sportpsychologie. Previous roles include statistical consulting for the sport psychology department at the Institute for Sport Science at Christian-Albrechts-University and editorial assistance at Hogrefe Verlag GmbH & Co. KG. Anna-Lena holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Education and a Bachelor's in Sports Science from Kiel University, and has achieved certification as a sport psychologist.
