Irene Lau has worked in the customer service sector for over a decade. Irene started their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Assistant at Stokke AS. In 2011, they joined MindsInSync Inc. as an Operations Manager and later as a Customer Service Officer.
Irene Lau is currently studying Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Northumbria University. Prior to this, they attended The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, though it is unclear what they studied there.
