Head Of QA at Mindshow

Albert Andrews has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance (QA) and test engineering. Albert is currently working as a QA Lead at Mindshow since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at EdgeSkills as a QA Test Engineer/Business Analyst from April 2019 to October 2020.

Between 2005 and 2011, Albert held the position of Senior Systems Analyst at Sony Pictures Entertainment. In this role, they were responsible for various administrator duties and technical support activities for HP Quality Center. Albert received recognition for providing exceptional support to a global user community. Albert'sresponsibilities included troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software/user issues, creating technical documentation, planning and testing hardware/software upgrades, introducing new approaches to business processes, and serving as a liaison between managers, end-users, and IT support teams. Before joining Sony, they worked as a QA Analyst/Test Engineer at both Axium International and Indymac Bank from 2004 to 2005 and 2002 to 2004, respectively. In 2000, Albert worked as a Senior Consultant - QA Analyst/Test Engineer at Hitachi Consulting.

Overall, Albert has demonstrated a strong background in QA, test engineering, and business analysis, with extensive experience in supporting and enhancing QA processes and infrastructure.

Albert Andrews earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Theater from Temple University, where they attended from 1988 to 1993. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma, including a Green Belt in November 2012 and a Black Belt in May 2013, both from the New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
