Poorna Chandra Rao Chollangi is a seasoned professional in digital marketing and programmatic advertising with extensive experience across multiple leading organizations. Currently a Senior Director of Programmatic at Mindshare since March 2021, Poorna is responsible for creating RFPs for new clients, formulating strategies, and overseeing programmatic growth. Prior experience includes a role as Product Marketing Manager at ByteDance, focusing on TikTok's marketing platforms, and serving as Senior Manager for Programmatic and Ad Operations at Wego.com, where global client interactions were key to achieving revenue targets. Poorna also has a strong background from roles at Google India, Facebook, and various communications agencies, honing skills in media planning, digital marketing, and performance optimization, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Mass Media Communication from Amity University.
