Laura Paz Smith is an experienced media operations professional with a strong background in local broadcast buying and media management. Currently serving as Manager of Media Operations at Mindshare since April 2018, Laura manages local broadcast buying for Ford across multiple markets and has previously held roles including Associate Director at Mindshare, where responsibilities included managing global budgets for Meta's portfolio. Prior to Mindshare, Laura gained experience as a Media Buyer at CB&S Advertising and as a Media Planner at CMD, working with various clients in high-tech and utility sectors. Laura began their career in media negotiation at RPA and has held several positions in sales and advisory roles at other organizations. Laura holds a BA in Journalism with a focus on Advertising from the University of Oregon.
