Niharika Ray is currently working as the Chief Sustainability & Scalability Officer at Minds Matter Bay Area, where Niharika ensures sustainable operational practices for program scaling. Previously, Niharika held various roles at Airbnb as a Senior Software Engineer and Intern, working on projects related to payments, data infrastructure, and software engineering. Niharika also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University and interned at The Blackstone Group and CivicScience. Niharika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
