Sayli Jadhav has worked in a variety of roles in the mental health field since 2015. sayli began their career as a Freelance Writer for Logicserve Digital in 2015 and then moved on to become a Management Trainee for HR Anexi Pvt. Ltd. in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Counselor for Aseema Charitable Trust and then as an Assistant Psychologist for CanKids...KidsCan (NGO) in 2017. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Mental Health Practitioner, Research Assistant, and Counselor, respectively. Most recently, they have been working as a Clinical Content and Product Manager for MindPeers and as a Psychologist for Freelance/Contract - Mental Health Advocacy since 2022.

Sayli Jadhav completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Mumbai in 2014. sayli then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Mumbai, which they are currently pursuing. In 2016, they also obtained the UGC NET qualification in Psychology.
