Andrey Bobkov has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Andrey is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Plingo since December 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Mindojo as the CTO, where they contributed to the development of an artificial intelligence platform for learning. Their responsibilities included overseeing the creation of products such as The Economist GMAT Tutor, GRE Tutor, and Bloomberg CFA exam prep. Before joining Mindojo, Andrey worked as a Technical Project Manager at PlayKot from November 2010 to June 2011. Their earliest role was as a Developer at PowerLexis from February 2010 to November 2010.

Andrey Bobkov attended Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a Specialist degree in IT.
