Renato Chu is the current CEO at MindMiners. Prior to this, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS Investment Bank from January 2010 to December 2013. There, they worked on M&A, ECM and DCM projects and mandates in sectors such as Food & Beverage, Retail, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Education, Real Estate and Sanitation. Their main activities included business analysis and corporate financial modeling.

Before working at UBS Investment Bank, Renato Chu worked as a researcher at GVcepe - Private Equity and Venture Capital Research Center at FGV/EAESP from January 2008 to December 2010. There, they published several reports on the Brazilian PE&VC industry, including the Second Census of the Brazilian PE&VC Industry of 2011, the GVcepe-Endeavor 2008 PE&VC Industry Guide, and the Overview of the Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Industry – 2008.

Renato Chu's educational career includes an MBA from Poli-USP, a B.A. from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and an exchange at the University of St.Gallen.
