Lee Maxey has over 30 years of experience in the education industry. Lee is currently the CEO of MindMax, LLC, a company that partners with universities to optimize marketing and enrollment functions. Prior to this role, they held various leadership positions, including CEO of Acadient, SVP Strategic Services and Chief Learning Officer at Element K, and Chief Learning Officer and VP Professional Services at Pathlore. Lee also served as the CLO and President of Click2learn, where they played a key role in positioning Aspen with clients and contributing to the strategic direction of the product roadmap. Before entering the corporate world, Lee worked as the Assistant Director of Admissions at the University of Rochester. Lee has been involved in the industry since 1986 and has a strong background in e-Learning and strategic consulting services.

Lee Maxey attended Pittsford Sutherland High School from 1977 to 1981. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from the University of Rochester, from 1981 to 1985.
