Kevin Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, technical support, and enrollment management. Currently serving as the Director of Enrollment Services at MindMax since August 2020, Kevin develops and implements communication strategies while overseeing a team of Enrollment Advisors. Prior to this role, Kevin was the Supervisor for the Massachusetts COVID-19 Community Tracing Collaborative, managing a remote team of over 100 individuals. Kevin's extensive career includes significant positions at School Specialty, Inc., where responsibilities spanned across customer service, technical support, and inside sales, and at Dow Jones, where management of the Client Services team was a key focus. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Saint Anselm College and a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University.
