Mona H. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. From 2019 to the present, they have been working at mindit.io as the Co-COO, responsible for overseeing the delivery area and focusing on key objectives such as team coordination, project management, budget compliance, and stakeholder management. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2018, Mona worked at Mindit Consulting as the General Manager, leading the company's functions, managing projects and stakeholders, and developing an effective work structure. Additionally, in 2016 and 2017, they served as a PBSA Europe Board Member, promoting ethics and performance standards in the background screening industry. Mona has demonstrated strong skills in project management, team coordination, and strategic planning throughout their career.

Mona H. began their education by completing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Bucharest between 2011 and 2014. Mona then pursued further studies at Universitatea Alternativa in the year 2014 and 2015, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Afterwards, between 2014 and 2016, Mona H. attended Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) and obtained a Master's Degree in Project Management. Mona'seducational journey continued with an Executive MBA program at ROCA Executive MBA @ BBS-ASE (Romanian-Canadian) from 2019 to 2021, resulting in the completion of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
