Jorens Thomassen has over fifteen years of digital experience. In 2000, they started as Marketing & Sales manager at Heron Technologies. In 2001, they joined TRIMM as Managing Partner and owner, where they successfully introduced and rolled out Agile/Scrum teams, managed multiple teams in highly complex, global development projects, and served as Manager Operations, Teammanager software development, and Key Account Manager. In 2018, they became Co-Founder of Mindhash and Board Member and Co-Founder of TalentIT.

Jorens Thomassen attended the Lyceum de Grundel from 1985 to 1991. Jorens then attended the University of Twente from 1991 to 2000, where they earned a Master of Science in Technology & Management. Jorens continued their studies at the University of Twente from 1992 to 2001, earning an ir. degree in Technology & Management.
