Carolyn Sutphen-DeFalco is a professional with extensive experience in project management and event planning. Currently serving as the Manager of PMO and Lead Project Manager at Mindgrub since January 2022, Carolyn focuses on creating technology that enhances human potential. Prior to this role, experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at Dealer Inspire and various positions at ULTA Beauty, where responsibilities included managing public relations and event planning. Carolyn began their career as a Marketing/Office Assistant and has also interned in events and PR at ULTA Salon, Cosmetics, and Fragrance. Carolyn holds an MBA from North Central College as well as double bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management, along with a minor in Human Resources.
