Rachel Parker has a diverse and extensive work experience in video editing and production. Rachel started their career as a New Media and Video Intern at Record-Journal, where they accompanied staff reporters and photographers to film stories and edited and organized video archives. Rachel then worked as a Production Intern at Kirschenbaum Productions, where they transcribed documentary video footage and contributed to the company's social media presence.

Rachel also gained experience as an Intern at Red Car, an editing and post-production company, where they assisted with office tasks and had the opportunity to observe various editing sessions. Rachel then joined Flying Pup Productions as a Video Editor, supporting Emmy Award-winning director and producer Mary Olive Smith in shooting, editing, and motion graphic design work.

In 2014, Rachel worked as a Freelance Content Producer at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, where they created multimedia content. Rachel also served as a Videographer, Video Editor, and Animator at Drexel University Online, collaborating with designers and faculty members to edit content for online curriculum.

Rachel continued to expand their skill set by working as a Video Editor at Digitas Health LifeBrands, where they provided solutions to process problems for a complex digital portfolio. Most recently, they joined MindEdge Learning as a Senior Video Editor and Video Team Lead, overseeing the editing team and contributing to video production. Throughout their career, Rachel has consistently demonstrated their expertise and passion for multimedia content creation.

Rachel Parker completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Interactive Media, Film, and Video at Quinnipiac University from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they also participated in a study abroad program at American InterContinental University in London, England, focusing on Film/Video and Photographic Arts. Additionally, Rachel obtained certifications in Teacher of Audio/Visual Broadcast Production Technology and Substitute Certification, both issued by the New Jersey Department of Education in 2014 and 2013 respectively.
