Phillip Hamilton has over 30 years of experience in the field of digital strategy and creative. Phillip began their career in 1989 as a Manager of Sales and Marketing for Stolzman & Co., a privately-owned contract furnishing firm specializing in high-end office furniture from Steelcase Brands. In 1996, Phillip moved to Bernhardt Design, an international leader and innovator in furniture design and production for primarily corporate clients, where they served as a Design and Sales Consultant. In 1998, Phillip became the Director of Digital Strategy and Creative at MindActive - Integrated Intelligence For Business, a St. Louis-based agency that provides a full spectrum of digital marketing and communications, interactive media, design, web and mobile application development, business intelligence, CRM, and eCommerce solutions. During their time at MindActive, they built the creative tech agency from inception to a peak of 16 FTE, 30 contractors and $2MM+ annual revenue, and cultivated a diverse client portfolio spanning multiple industries. In 2019, Phillip accepted the role of Chief Marketing and Technology Officer at Proforma Fund, Inc., a St. Louis-based financial technology (FinTech) startup offering an end to end solution for originating and servicing auto loans for community banks nationwide. In this role, they are responsible for defining and deploying the organization's target customer base and go to market strategy, along with the infrastructure and solutions needed to propel growth.
Phillip Hamilton obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from The University of the Arts in 1991.
