Rajeev Gandotra is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director & CEO and President & CMO at UNO MINDA Group since April 2017, Rajeev is instrumental in driving the company's strategic initiatives. Additionally, as President & SBH at MINDARIKA PVT. LTD since April 2012, Rajeev oversees the business's overall performance. Previous roles include Vice President (Unit Business Head) at Mindarika Private Limited from 2005 to April 2010 and Manager at JBM Group from January 1990 to March 1994, where responsibilities included new projects and production management. Rajeev holds an Engineer's degree in Tool and Die Technology from the Tool Room & Training Centre (an Indo Danish program) and completed secondary education at SDS Senior Secondary School in Jammu, J&K.
