Richard Pearce is a seasoned professional in marine acoustic systems, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at MIND Technology, Inc. since December 2021. With a career spanning over three decades, Richard has held leadership roles such as President at Nautilus Sensors LLC and Innovative Transducers Intl/BAE, and CTO at Solid Seismic LLC. Richard's expertise includes designing and manufacturing advanced acoustic systems, including solid streamers and hydrophones, and providing consulting services in piezo polymer acoustics. Richard's educational background includes a BS in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Connecticut.
