James Maher is the Owner and Director of Arrow HR since 2016, also serving as an Associate Instructor Member with Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, where James delivers Adult and Youth MHFA courses. As a Trainer and MHFA Instructor for Mind, James has enhanced mental health training initiatives. Previously, James worked as an Interim Tutor/Assessor at Learn Plus Us and as a Facilitator/Mental Health Trainer at The Wellbeing Project (Europe) Ltd. Additionally, James held the role of Interim HR Director at Remit Training and enjoyed a long career at WH Smith from 1988 to 2017, advancing through various HR and management positions, including Group Head of Stores HR for the UK and Ireland. Academic background includes education at St Brendan's Sixth Form College and St Thomas Moore.
