Baljit D. is an experienced Executive Transition and Career Coach at Randstad Enterprise since March 2021, while simultaneously serving as a Service Co-Designer and Facilitator at Mind since February 2020, focusing on transforming mental health services into a nationwide movement. Additionally, Baljit is an ICF PCC Business, Personal and Transition Coach and has held roles such as Organisational Change Advisor with the UK Council for Psychotherapy and Programme Lead for the Money and Pensions Service. Previous positions include Financial Hardship Programme Lead at Turn2us and Head of Planning at AQA. Baljit holds extensive educational qualifications, including an ongoing Post Graduate degree in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester and certifications in mediation and psychological safety.
