Hilary Adair is a seasoned education professional currently serving as Principal Solutions Designer at MindGym since April 2021, with a focus on creating transformative experiences that influence thought, emotion, and behavior. Prior to this role, Hilary held various positions at The Walker School from May 2014 to April 2021, including Social Studies and English Teacher, emphasizing blended and project-based learning and developing instructional materials. Additionally, Hilary worked as a Middle School Social Studies Teacher at Ivy Preparatory Academy from July 2011 to May 2014, where responsibilities included designing a professional development program for new educators and chairing the social studies department. Hilary holds a Master’s degree in Social Studies Education from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in History with a focus on Secondary Education from the University of Miami.
