Hanane Benkhallouk, DBA, is an accomplished international author and founder of Tawazoun, which focuses on promoting gender balance through a human-centered approach. As the Executive Director of Sustain Leadership Consultancy, Hanane leads efforts in strategy and innovation, while also serving as a Strategic Advisor at Mind Cloud Tribe and Grankraft Industries. Additionally, Hanane contributes as an Ecosystem Contributor and Business Mentor at Intelak Incubator, and acts as a Strategic Partner and advisor for Executive-Women magazine. With mentoring experience at Impact Hub Dubai, and a history as Faculty Associate at Fitch Learning, Hanane's career spans over a decade in various leadership and advisory roles. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Finance from New York Institute of Technology, and a Master's in International Business from ISCAE.
