Shannon Chema currently serves as the Chief People Officer and Executive VP of People Operations at MindCare Solutions since January 2023. Additionally, Shannon is a Co-Founder and CPO at Backpack Healthcare and the Chief Executive Officer of Talent Doc, both positions held since May 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Talent Officer at Thriveworks from January 2020 to April 2022, and as Executive Director of Sales and Recruitment at EVERSTAFF International from April 2016 to September 2019. Shannon also has a unique role as Momager to actor Connor Corum, who starred in major films, and has held account management positions at Randstad Healthcare and LOCUM Medical Group.
