Gill Callister serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Mind Australia Limited since July 2020, leading one of Australia's prominent community-managed mental health services. Previously, Gill held the position of Associate Dean at ANZSOG and was the Secretary (CEO) of the Victorian Department of Education and Training from January 2015 to November 2018, overseeing a substantial budget and a large corporate team to enhance educational services. Gill also served as President of IPAA Victoria, fostering the integrity and capacity of the public sector, and held significant leadership roles within the Department of Human Services, driving major reforms in various service areas. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
