Sandra Simon-Grindy SHRM-CP is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Mincey Marble Mfg., Inc. since February 2019, Sandra has previously held leadership roles as Director of Human Resources at Lanier Islands Resort, Chateau Elan Winery and Resort, Islands Management Co, LLC, KSL Resorts, and The Peabody Memphis. Educational credentials include a degree in Industrial Psychology from Marymount University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
