James Harris has an abundance of experience in workforce development at the state and federal government levels, as well as in the private sector. James has risen through the ranks of Job Corps by serving as Career Counselor, Placement Coordinator, Director of Social Development, Deputy Center Director, and Center Director of the Benjamin L. Hooks Memphis Job Corps Center for multiple years. James Harris now serves as the Vice President of Operations for MINACT, Inc. and has oversight over several MINACT, Inc Job Corps centers.
