Shalom Chen is an experienced IT and Cyber Project Manager currently working at Mimun Yashir since October 2022, where responsibilities include planning and control of work plans, resource planning, and task prioritization within a team of professionals. Previously, Shalom held the position of Head of Information Systems & ERP in the Technology and Cyber Department at the Israeli Ministry of Defense from March 2017 to October 2022, driving product management and cross-organizational project management while establishing the organizational portal and streamlining information systems. Earlier roles included Head Of Operations and Manager of an Organizational Project Portfolio. Shalom Chen holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Management with a focus on Information Systems and Data Analysis from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management, specializing in Knowledge and Data Engineering from Ariel University.
