Avital Yaari currently serves as the Head of Capital Markets and Corporate Legal Counsel at Mimun Yashir מימון ישיר since January 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Legal Counsel at The Association of Banks in Israel from June 2017 to January 2020, and as Legal Counsel at Harel Finance from December 2011 to March 2017. Avital Yaari holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Bar-Ilan University (2004-2005) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the same institution (2001-2004). Additional educational experiences include studies at ulpanit Tel Aviv.
