Jimmy Pichucho is an experienced operations technician and production assistant with a diverse background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently working at Bespoked since October 2022, Jimmy operates forklifts while also engaging as a DJ. In early 2024, Jimmy began volunteering as a production assistant at Carnival Coffee Roasters, focusing on packing and preparing wholesale coffee orders. Previous experience includes serving as an assistant manager at CRAFT METROPOLIS LTD, where responsibilities included cellar maintenance and event booking, and as an assistant operations manager at Mercato Metropolitano, where training new team members and emergency maintenance were key duties. With a strong foundation in operations, Jimmy also held the role of operations and production lead at Cyclehoop Ltd, contributing to the assembly of a variety of cycle parking products.
