Shiva Tafazoli is an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse with a career spanning over two decades in healthcare. Currently serving at MIMIT Health since November 2019, Shiva previously held advanced practice roles at KareFirst, Integrated Rehab Consultants, and Apollo Health, in addition to positions as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Chiro One Wellness Centers and as a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Hospital. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University of Saint Louis, a Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from North Park University, and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Tehran.
