Shraddha (Tina) Thakkar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shraddha (Tina) began their career at 3 Global Services Private Limited as a Customer Service Manager and Technical Support from August 2003 to August 2006. Following that, they worked at e2e infotech as a Human Resources Manager from September 2006 to August 2009.

Shraddha then pursued their academic interests and joined the University of Twente, where they worked as a Master Thesis assignment at Tissue Regeneration Group from January 2011 to September 2011. Shraddha (Tina) also gained valuable experience during their internship at FUJIFILM Manufacturing Europe B.V. from October 2011 to March 2012.

Continuing their academic journey, Shraddha became a Research Assistant at Eindhoven University of Technology in June 2012 for a short period of one month. Shraddha (Tina) then transitioned into a PhD researcher role at the same university from September 2012 to September 2017.

After completing their PhD, Shraddha joined MIMETAS as an Inside Sales Specialist from December 2018 to January 2021. Shraddha (Tina) then progressed to the position of Sales and Customer Support Manager from January 2021 to December 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Sales at MIMETAS, starting from January 2023.

Throughout their career, Shraddha (Tina) Thakkar has gained expertise in sales, customer support, human resources, and research.

Shraddha (Tina) Thakkar completed their education as follows:

- From 2012 to 2017, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology.

- Between 2009 and 2011, they obtained their Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Twente.

- From 2005 to 2007, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).

- Lastly, they completed their Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 1999 to 2003.
