Nancy Merriman has extensive experience in customer service and management roles. Nancy worked as the Director of Customer Service at MiMedx from 2014, where they were responsible for leading multiple teams and implementing customer-centric strategies. Nancy also achieved revenue growth and improved customer engagement and satisfaction during their time at MiMedx. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Customer and Client Services at Data Rx from 2011 to 2013. Nancy also held the position of Customer Care Manager at Spectrum Brands, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, where they successfully managed customer service functions for major retail clients. Additionally, they served as the Customer Relations Manager at EMS Technologies from 2001 to 2006.
Nancy Merriman attended Lowell State College to study Business. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Tewksbury Memorial High School.
