Ruth Mukole is an experienced professional in customer success and service desk leadership, currently serving as Global Service Desk Team Lead at Mimecast since February 2020, following roles as Global SMB Customer Success Advocate and Customer Success Advocate. Prior to Mimecast, Ruth provided administrative and academic assistance at the University of Johannesburg's College of Business and Economics and worked as a tutor at IIE Rosebank College. Ruth's earlier experience includes a sales representative position at African Medical Systems (Afrimedics), where responsibilities involved client interactions and sales presentations. Academically, Ruth holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an Honours degree in Strategic Management from the University of Johannesburg and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Personal and Professional Leadership at the same institution.
