Kyle Kiffner, MSIA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kyle started their career as an Athletic Administration Intern at the University of Detroit Mercy, where they provided support in ticket sales, marketing, and event coordination. Kyle then worked as an Account Executive in Group Sales for the Fort Wayne TinCaps, generating group ticket sales and collaborating with corporate event planners.
Following this, they joined Purdue University as a Football Operations Intern, where they facilitated communication between coaches and prospective recruits and assisted with game day hosting. Kyle later served as an Athlete Recruiter at Velocity Sports Performance, generating membership sales and building partnerships with community athletic leagues.
In 2011, Kyle became an Assistant Membership Manager at 24 Hour Fitness, focusing on increasing revenue through new member sales and personal fitness attachments. Kyle then joined American Income Life as a Benefits Specialist, followed by a role as a Sales Representative at Time Warner Cable, where they handled inbound sales calls and consistently achieved high performance.
Kyle's next position was at Marketplace Events as a Marketing Consultant, providing active consultation to exhibitors on print and digital advertising campaigns and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Kyle then transitioned to Spectrum Business as an Account Executive, conducting consultative needs analysis and selling voice, data, and video solutions to small and medium businesses.
Most recently, Kyle joined MIM Software Inc. as an Account Executive, delivering sales presentations and managing customer interactions. Kyle later moved into the role of Account Executive II, expanding product use and taking on a mentorship role. Currently, they are serving as the Sales Manager, overseeing sales team members and developing new business models.
Throughout their career, Kyle has demonstrated strong sales skills, an ability to develop client-centric solutions, and a focus on delivering customer satisfaction. Kyle has also shown versatility, adapting to different industries and taking on leadership roles.
Kyle Kiffner, MSIA has a strong educational background in both business administration and leisure and sports management. In 2009, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Industrial Administration at Purdue University Daniels School of Business. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Leisure & Sports Management from Elon University.
