Brian Chan has worked in the technology industry since 2007. Brian began their career at Option Technologies Interactive as an Interactive Events Consultant. Brian then moved to MarketSense in 2011, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role, they worked on multiple clients concurrently to produce both websites and applications that were designed for internal client use, external use, and for resale a proprietary software that their clients sell to their customers. Brian conducted both manual and automated tests, most of which they designed himself. In 2013, they joined Milyli Inc as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.

Brian Chan attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a BSA and BS in Accountancy and Computer Management/Information System.
