Genna (Giordano) Blake is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in talent management and human resources. Since November 2018, Genna has held various leadership roles at Milwaukee Tool, including Director of Talent Management and Group HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Genna served as Human Resources Manager at Aurora Health Care and held several HR positions at Johnson Controls, starting as a Talent Management Intern and advancing to Sr HR Coordinator. Genna began the HR career as an intern at Rexnord Industries. Genna holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
