Ruth Erwert has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, having served as the Recruiting Manager at Chelan County PUD since April 1993, where innovative public utility practices are a hallmark. Prior to this role, Ruth held various positions including Membership Program Director at Apple Valley Human Resources Association from 2007 to 2009, and served on the Membership Diversity Council for the City of Wenatchee from 2005 to 2008. In the finance sector, Ruth was an Assistant Vice President at Union Safe Deposit Bank from January 1980 to June 1993 and worked as a Financial Representative at Bank of Stockton from March 1978 to February 1980.
