Nikki Collier is the Director of Merchandise at the Milwaukee Brewers and has over 10 years of experience in retail and merchandising. Nikki began their career as a fashion consultant and stylist at Corset Styling & Fashion Boutique before becoming a sales and merchandise planner at ShopNBC. In 2010, they joined Delaware North Companies - Sportservice, Milwaukee Brewers as a retail buyer and purchasing & procurement manager. In 2013, they transitioned to Kohl's Department Stores as a planner for the jewelry & watches department. In September 2019, Nikki became the Chief Solutions Provider at Rogue Wave Marketing, Inc. and held that position until August 2021 when they joined the Milwaukee Brewers as Director of Merchandise. Nikki is a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for fashion and merchandising.

They are on a team with Frida Barrientos - Assistant Store Manager, Joe Robinson - Director, Partnership Sales, and Kelly Guttenberg - Director, Partnership Management. Their manager is Tom Hecht, VP, Partnership Sales.
