Tav Deamer is an experienced Learning and Development Manager at Milton Keynes Council since December 2014, responsible for creating and implementing the Learning and Development Strategy to align with the Council’s strategic needs. This role encompasses overseeing a comprehensive training program, including various developmental training and management development initiatives. Prior to this, Tav served as a Management Development Consultant, Business Manager for Traded Services at MKSP, and held several roles in management development and training across Siemens and Domino's Pizza. Tav holds a BA Hons in Marketing from the University of Luton and has a robust background in driving employee development and engagement across multiple organizations.
