Oliver Hamann has a significant work experience in the technology industry. Oliver currently serves as the Vice President of Technology at Miltec UV since August 2022, leading teams in the development of industrial UV curing systems and expanding applications in Li-Ion cell manufacturing. Prior to this role, they held the position of Technical Director at Miltec UV from June 2018 to October 2022, where they oversaw hardware engineering and the UV Battery team.

Before joining Miltec UV, Hamann had an extensive career at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. Oliver served as the Technical Director for the AutoChem business unit, where they were responsible for technology development and feasibility assessments. Oliver also held the position of Head of Advanced Development AutoChem Real Time Analytics, leading a team of engineers and implementing streamlined product development processes. Prior to that, they served as the Director of R&D, where they led a team of engineers and was involved in all aspects of product development, manufacturing, and service.

Earlier in their career, Hamann worked as a Principal Investigator at Lasentec and as a Staff Scientist at Hamburg University of Technology.

Oliver Hamann has a Master's Degree in Physics, specializing in Engineering Physics / Applied Physics, from the University of Hamburg.
