Talal Sliman is an experienced analytical chemist currently serving as an R&D analytical chemist at Miloubar since October 2022. Previously, Talal worked as a Quality Control Chemist at Bazelet Group from September 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included leading the GC team, performing and approving tests of raw materials and final products using GC and HPLC, training new employees, developing and validating analytical methods, managing lab inventory, and troubleshooting analytical devices. Talal’s experience also includes serving as an Air Quality Coordinator for the Ministry of Environment Protection, and roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Madatech, and Enzymotec, where functions ranged from laboratory specialization to manufacturing operations with an emphasis on improving yields and compliance with GMP and HACCP regulations. Talal holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Hamikhlalah Ha'academit Lehandassah Sami Shamoon, completed between 2016 and 2018.
