Ricardo Morales is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Milo Credit since November 2020. Previously, Ricardo held the same title at Lavu Inc. from October 2017 to November 2020, and at CareCloud from August 2009 to September 2017, where significant contributions to engineering management were made. Earlier career roles include Lead Engineer for Revenue Management Development and Systems at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and Senior Software Engineer at Comerxia, a defunct startup. Additionally, Ricardo worked as a Software Engineer at Siemens Energy and as an Information Services Consultant at Unisys.
