Oseias Listo has extensive experience in customer experience management and business consulting, currently serving as Coordenador de Experiencia do Cliente and Consultor de negócios comerciais at Mills since March 2014. Oseias has a background in operations and administrative analysis, including roles focused on equipment damage recovery, commercial negotiation, and managerial reporting. Prior experience includes leading a technical team at Input Center, where services were provided to public hospitals in São Paulo, and positions in IT coordination and support across various companies, from Tópico to Phoenix Contact. Oseias is currently pursuing a degree in Gestão e Supervisão Operacional and previously earned a degree in Gestão de Projetos from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho.
