Linda Zitzner has a strong background in operations and facilities management. Linda started their career at Baxter BioScience in 1991 as the Director of Biotechnology Manufacturing Operations, where they oversaw the production of monoclonal antibodies. During their time there, they implemented process improvements and cost budgeting strategies. From 1995 to 2000, they worked at Baxter Bioscience Hayward as the Director of Biotechnology Manufacturing. Linda then moved on to ChemTrace, where they served as the Director of Business Operations from 2000 to 2005. Linda joined Applied Materials in 2005 as the Chief of Staff for Lab Operations, where they worked until 2009. Their most recent role was at Mills College, where they held various positions, including Assistant VP for Facilities, Auxiliaries and Campus Planning. In this role, they were responsible for managing facilities operations, auxiliary services, and campus planning. Linda has extensive experience in managing large facilities and overseeing operations.
Linda Zitzner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, attending between 1971 and 1975. Linda then pursued further education and obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California, completing their studies between 1995 and 1997.
