Genty Lai is an experienced digital marketing professional currently serving as the Digital Marketing Manager at Mills since March 2021. Previously, Genty held the position of Social Media Marketing Specialist at Egg & Co., where efficiency improvements and significant follower growth were achieved. Genty participated as a mentee in the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade's Leaders of Tomorrow mentorship program and gained extensive customer service experience through roles at Earls Kitchen + Bar, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Cactus Club Cafe, and The Londoner. Additionally, Genty has a strong background in event planning and project assistance, having successfully organized marketing strategies and managed volunteers at Langara College. Genty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Langara College.
