Coralie Hellwig serves as Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder at Millow.co, a leading mycelium alt-meat company in Sweden, since January 2020. In addition, Coralie holds the position of Guest Associate Editor at Frontiers and has been an Assistant Researcher and Research Assistant at the University of Borås since July 2020, contributing to research focused on improving household waste sorting and developing recycling processes. Coralie is also a Guest Lecturer at the University of Gothenburg and previously served as Chief Product Officer at Valenlime, a company dedicated to providing accessible dried fruit snacks. Coralie’s academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Resource Recovery - Environmental Sciences from the University of Borås and various degrees in Medical Science, Occupational Therapy, and Social Services.
