Jing Jiang is a Senior Scientist at MilliporeSigma since December 2021, specializing in biotherapeutics characterization through LC/MS and assay validation in a GMP environment. Prior to this, Jing Jiang worked as a Research Scientist at Givaudan from January 2015 to December 2021, where Jing developed an LC/MS characterization platform for protein and peptide-based flavors and isolated natural products that modulate taste. Jing's research experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis (2009-2014), focusing on algal proteins and developing HPLC methods, as well as positions at Tsinghua University and Wuhan University where Jing engaged in environmental science research and bacterial isolation. Jing Jiang holds a Ph.D. in Energy, Environmental and Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Wuhan University.
