Gustavo Sandrin has a rich work experience history, starting from 2008 at SC Johnson where they held various roles in marketing and financial support. Gustavo then moved on to Merck Group in 2013, taking on roles in controlling and financial planning within the Consumer Health Division. In 2018, they transitioned to Procter & Gamble as the Head of Financial Planning, Reporting, and Forecasting. Currently, they are with MilliporeSigma, where they have held positions as Finance Director, Head of Supply Chain, and is currently the Head of Value Chain in the Biology business.

Gustavo Sandrin began their education journey in 2003 at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they studied Engenharia de Produção and graduated in 2008. Gustavo continued their education at Ibmec in 2009, earning a CBA in Marketing. In 2020, they attended Boston University for courses in Digital Leadership, including Leading in the Digital Age and Digital Transformation Strategy. Most recently, they pursued an Executive MBA at IE Business School in 2021-2022.
